A.O. 244 Inspector of Immigrants which office I had held as also that of Coroner till 1890. I have since held the appointment of Chief of Police & Inspector of Prisons in St. Lucia, from which island I transferred to this colony assuming the duties of Asst. Harbour Master on the 15th March 1890.

His Excellency is aware I have been Acting Harbour Master since the departure on leave of Capt. Rumsey on the 20th February last.
